Good model in its own right but not for people like me with an ankle problem

Brought these for my disabled mum, who cannot walk without a heel, and has very cold ankles due to circulation problems unfortunately I didn’t realise these were extra wide, and were to big for mum.
So have re ordered a pair with normal width and a size smaller for her
