Exactly what i paid for and as described

Excellent service, slippers arrived on time in excellent packaging. Very robust slippers very comfy.

Unfortunately these are not cosy at all so I am going to have to get something else. I bought them specifically to keep my feet warm during the lockdown when we are all spending more time at home. These do NOT fit the bill; the sole is so cold. A huge disappointment.
