Not very comfortable and back heel doesn't grip at all

Size 7 perfectly although I usually take an 8. Good support.

Delighted with these, extremely comfortable. I bought two pairs (size 6). However one pair is clearly marked as size 6 on the box, but size 5 marked on the soles of slipper. However my sister was more than happy to have the size 5s. So everyone's a winner! Would definitely recommend.
