Terms & Conditions relating to sale of products by placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. You must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us, in order to contract with House of Slippers. House of Slippers retains the right to refuse any request made by you. We will inform you by email if your order is accepted. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. If an international delivery (both EU and non EU) "failed" due to reasons involving the customer, such as but not limited to, a failure to pay local tax and disbursements, a failure to collect your item from a pre-arranged collection point or any such reason we will charge to the order a fee equivalent to the original postage cost. This will be deducted from your refund after the item arrives back with us. This is in addition to the original postage cost which again is non-refundable. Local taxes and charges levied by Government agencies or by shipping agents on behalf of Government agencies are the responsibility of the customer and therefore must be settled by the customer. Terms & Conditions relating to House of Slippers offers all discount codes must be placed within the aforementioned timescale of the offer. All discount codes must be entered at the checkout within the designated section. Offers are non-redeemable after the point of purchase. Should multiple variations of an offer provide the buyer with an increasing discount relative to the amount of products purchased any products returned by the buyer will be treated as a singular purchase and so discounts will correspond to the base level of the offer. You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order when placing an order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

House Of Slippers is fully compliant with all aspects of UK and European law with respect to consumer rights related to the return of unwanted or faulty merchandise. We will always respect the rights offered to you by law. Our standard returns policy goes over and above the minimum requirements under UK law. We allow you 30 days to return unwanted merchandise from the date you receive your goods. Unwanted merchandise must be cared for appropriately and always with due care and attention ensuring all packaging is maintained in pristine condition. If goods develop a fault, you must report this immediately. If we ask you to return your goods, you will need to do so within 30 days. Goods which develop a fault after 90 days may be returned by you at your own expense. You will also need to cover the cost for us to re-post a replacement pair to you. If the original box or bag of a returned item is damaged by the customer, then a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note, this rule does not apply to the mailing bag.
*Please note that due to hygiene reasons all socks and insoles are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.

Items Returned to Sender

If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under control of the supplier) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the supplier, the supplier may:
- Store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs of storage and new postage expenses; or
- Sell the goods upon receipt of them back at the supplier's address and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) process a refund for your order.

If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 the supplier shall refund or re-credit you within 14 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods, less any expenses incurred for failed delivery.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. We will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it, if we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices on the Website are inclusive of United Kingdom VAT (where applicable) and exclusive of postage and packing. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers - this includes student discount & key worker discount.

Duties & Clearance Charges
Orders placed for delivery outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to duty, VAT and clearance/brokerage charges. This is dependent on the country to which you are requesting delivery. has no control over this. All items are sent delivery duty unpaid (DDU or DAP). It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that any associated costs to receive the goods are settled in full with our delivery partner either pre or post delivery taking place. If goods are returned to us as a result of unpaid duty, VAT or clearance charges or in the event that duty, VAT or clearance charges are billed to the shipper, these costs will be levied back to you and deducted from any refund that you are owed. Outbound shipping costs are strictly non refundable.
