Delivery is FREE of charge for UK customers when spending more than £10. (It is £2.50 otherwise). We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. Larger orders for 6 pairs or more may be sent via a courier. You can upgrade to an express/next day delivery service for £2.99.

Our standard delivery time is within 3 working days from the date you place your order. If you do not receive your order within this time frame please contact our customer service team on 0116 326 0609.

International Delivery

Refunds & Exchanges

We offer an extended returns policy to all our customers from 1st November 2020 to 15th January 2021.

For your convenience we offer free exchanges (postage paid both ways) for all UK orders and an optional prepaid returns label (chargeable at £3.50 if not bought at the time of order) if you wish to return your item for a refund. International customers will need to cover postage costs in full for any refund or exchange requests.
