Delivery is FREE of charge for UK customers when spending more than £10. (It is £2.50 otherwise). We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. Larger orders for 6 pairs or more may be sent via a courier. You can upgrade to an express/next day delivery service for £2.99.

Refunds & Exchanges
We offer an extended returns policy to all our customers from 1st November 2020 to 15th January 2021.
For your convenience we offer free exchanges (postage paid both ways) for all UK orders and an optional prepaid returns label (chargeable at £3.50 if not bought at the time of order) if you wish to return your item for a refund. International customers will need to cover postage costs in full for any refund or exchange requests.

They fit the same as all sketchers - a big on the big side, but once you know your skechers size, they are consistent

If you want to return anything then I'd avoid this company! The Sketchers I ordered were totally the wrong size and were defective. The company wouldn't refund postage even though they were faulty. Avoid at all costs!!
