Incredible Service!

Thank you so much for organising despatch of my beautiful sheepskin hot water bottle cover with such care and attention. The luxury packaging was a superb surprise and I am loving the soft cosy effect of the cover very much.

Disappointing

I am regretting choosing this hot water bottle. By going for sheepskin I was hoping for something soft and luxurious in texture but in fact, it's rather course - not especially cuddly at all. it also doesn't seem to reach more than a tepid temperature, far cooler than my previous one.
