Who is House Of Slippers?

House Of Slippers is subsidiary of Clickwise Ltd. We specialise in providing the biggest range of slippers online for customers of all ages. We are official stockists of Padders Slippers.

 

Where are we located?

We operate from our warehouse and offices based in Leicester. Our address is Unit 3, 55 Forest Road, Leicester, LE5 0DW. Should you wish to visit us and try some of our products on please call us to arrange an appointment. The team at House Of Slippers would be delighted to welcome you.

 

What are your opening times?

Our slipper specialists need some rest after a long day of giving advice and making sure no man, woman or child goes slipper-less. However, if you would like to catch one of them, the best time to call is 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday or 09:00 – 14:00 on Saturdays, our telephone number is 0116 326 0609. How can I pay for my order?

We accept most payment methods. This includes: Paypal, Amazon Payments, All major debit and credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express. We do not accept cash or cheques via post.

 

Are my details safe with House Of Slippers?

All our customer details are stored on a secure server which only House Of Slippers have access to. We do not share any of customer details with 3rd parties. All payment details are entered directly in to our payment gateway. Payment details are not stored anywhere for security reasons. Furthermore, we use SSL encryption to ensure highest level of security.

 

What happens if my slippers are faulty?

If you receive your slippers and they appear to have a fault please let us know prior to wearing them and we will immediately replace them for you at no charge. We will issue you a prepaid returns label for you to send the item back to us.

If your slippers develop a manufacturing fault within the first 90 days of you receiving them then subject to wear and tear House Of Slippers will exchange them or issue you with a credit note. Please note that once 30 days have passed of order receipt we will not be able to issue a refund.

 

Can I change the address on my order?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to alter or change the delivery address. This is to protect all cardholders. If you wish to change the details, we are able to cancel your initial order and re-place the order with the new details.

 

Where do you ship for free?

We ship to all UK mainland for free.

 

Which carrier do you use?

All are orders are sent out using Royal Mail. Should you have any specific requirements for us to use another carrier, we are more than happy to provide you with a quote.

 

How can I get my tracking number?

If your item is shipped with tracking information then you will receive this via email or text message. All orders above £20.00 will be sent out with tracking.

 

What happens if I am not home to receive my delivery?

In the event you are not at home to receive your delivery then either a redelivery will be attempted or you may pick up your parcel from your local depot. In any case you will receive a calling card which will tell you where your parcel is. Should you require any help in this matter, our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you.

 

What is your returns policy ?

At House Of Slippers, we understand that with a lot of online companies that returns procedures can be confusing and difficult. We hope that ours is simple:

30 days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange.

If your are sending the goods back for an exchange you will be eligible for a free return by using our prepaid returns label. If your sending the goods back for a refund then you may still use our prepaid returns label but a fee of 3.50 will be deducted from your refund.
